今年以来，天津港集团贯彻落实党的二十大精神，深入开展主题教育工作，充分发挥港口“硬核”优势，深度融入新发展格局，扎实推进“十项行动”见行见效，进一步畅通国内国际双循环。上半年，天津港集团完成货物吞吐量2.41亿吨，同比增长2.1%；集装箱吞吐量完成1135.3万标准箱，同比增长8%，再创历史新高，高质量实现“双过半”。
积极服务重大国家战略实施，推动京津冀协同发展走深走实。充分发挥京津冀“海上门户”枢纽作用，天津港集团先后举办京津产业交流合作对接洽谈会天津港专场、客户恳谈会、土地资源推介会等，凝聚京津冀产业合力；携手北京CBD管委会、朝阳区海关，共同设立北京CBD-天津港京津协同港口服务中心，前置港口物流服务功能，为北京企业发展提供全方位物流资源支撑；与河北港口集团签署《津冀世界一流港口联盟合作协议》，不断深化津冀港口务实合作。
全面落实港产城融合发展行动方案，助力打造港产城融合发展新格局。加快推进天津北方国际航运枢纽建设，30万吨级通用码头升级工程竣工投产，高沙岭港区航道通航等级跃升至2万吨级，南疆港区铁路扩容工程开通运营，港口基础设施能级不断提升；以港兴城，与全市各区政府深化合作，先后与河北区、武清区、南开区签署战略合作协议，设立“港产城融合政务服务专窗”，携手推进港产城融合发展。以港促产，强化与在津重点企业、重点产业园区联系，提供定制化物流解决方案，与东疆综保区管委会共同推进东疆航运服务聚集区建设，努力实现港口功能向产业延伸、向城市拓展；海空联动，与天津机场签订海空两港联动发展合作协议，推动实现海空两港联运中转无缝衔接。
着力打造智慧、绿色、枢纽港口升级版，全力推动世界一流港口建设。发布全球首个全物联网码头、全球首台氢电混合动力ART，首批“零碳”滚装码头投产运营，太平洋国际公司获评五星级“中国绿色港口”，助推世界港口智能化升级和低碳发展；高水平完善航线网络布局，成功开通韩新海运直航欧洲等4条新航线和沃尔沃汽车出口欧洲班轮航线，进一步扩大航线覆盖面；高效能打响“津港效率”品牌，上半年先后16次打破作业效率纪录；畅通海铁联运通道，发布《海铁联运服务标准》，津蓉冷链海铁联运班列恢复开行，津陇海铁联运国际物流通道开通运行；高质量开展“四千行动”“春雨行动”，赴欧洲、东南亚开展招商推介活动，主动拜访知名船公司和广大客户，达成进一步加强合作共识，“津港温度”传得更深更远。
